This top has endless possibilities! It's so avant-garde, that a person could wear it with jeans and a sweater during the day, or pair it with some super hot skinny pants and go out on the town!! This top has some flutter but it's not ruffles. If you've been trying to find an in on edgy but haven't found something that fits quite right, this is it.
