Frequently Asked QuestionsReturns and Exchanges Phlox wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to accept returns for items in the event they have any manufacturer defects. In addition, we will exchange items for a different size, item or for store credit. All exchanges must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in any way and have original tags attached and be returned within 2 weeks of receipt.
Please include with your return/exchange, your name, phone number, order number and original packing slip. Please indicate if you want a refund, store credit or exchange. Be specific about the item you want to exchange for. We need all this information to process your request.

We will not refund any shipping or handling charges on returned merchandise. Also, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost as well as products lost or damaged in transit.

Sales Tax We are not required to collect sales tax. This is based on a 1992 Supreme Court decision which held that mail order merchants do not need to collect sales tax for sales into states where they do not have a physical presence.
